The confectionery manufacturers use special calculation options designed for the chocolate industry with automated calculations of cocoa content, milk solids, milk fat and other parameters.<\/p>\n
Besides the organization of complex bio-and tariff settlements in relation to individual recipe components (including fair trade, Knospe) consistent specification processes must be met to guarantee long-term traceability.<\/p>\n
Both companies have multiple locations and access to a central database. Thus, they achieve a better collaboration and accelerate their development efforts in different plants.<\/p>\n
